HAVen GLUTEN FlowThrough (GFT) Test
10-20PPM GLUTEN detection in foods;
10-15 minute “on-site” test
In beverages e.g. Gluten-free beer,
1-2PPM detection; in swabs 0.5ppm
detection and 6-8 minute test time.

Performing the
GLUTEN FlowThrough Test
1. Weigh 0.5g sample into pre-filled extraction solution tube.
2. Shake;stand; shake again.
3. Spin or leave to settle
4. Add 7 drops of sample extract to pre-filled diluent
5. Pour onto GFT test card and allow to absorb.
6. Wipe surface.
7. Add pink visualisation solution
8. Read test result (see Positive Gluten result, left)
