Imutest GLUTEN Quality Control Materials
While gluten and allergen detection methods have developed significantly since their introduction in the late 1980s, the availability of Reference Materials, Assay Calibrators and even Quality Control (Q.C.) materials for the monitoring of day to day assay variation, has been poor or even totally lacking. D.I.L. is seeking to address this need by developing a range of Imutest QC materials designed for use with assays from different manufacturers.
Two different Assayed QC Sets (GLUTEN) are now available:
F6001 Imutest Gluten Assayed QC Set 1 (Flour) containing:
2 x 4g pots Gluten Free flour
2 x 4g pots Gluten Positive flour
F6002 Imutest Gluten Assayed QC Set 2 (Bread) containing:
2 x 4g pots Gluten Free bread crumbs
2 x 4g pots Gluten Positive bread crumbs
